White Sky
Engineering and Automation Consultancy
Make the difficult decisions before procurement commits the project. White Sky helps teams assess feasibility, define architecture and plan the capability needed to operate a system.

Feasibility with explicit boundaries
Start with the task, current process, operating environment and constraints. A feasibility scope can examine technical suitability, site readiness, integration dependencies and alternatives, including when not to automate.
A useful recommendation records assumptions and missing information as clearly as its conclusions. It should distinguish what is known from what a survey, vendor clarification or pilot still needs to establish.
Architecture before equipment selection
Define control, network, data and system responsibilities before selecting components. Interface ownership, change control and acceptance criteria help prevent gaps between equipment supply and actual operation.
Digital modelling may help explore line, building or fleet behaviour where suitable input data exists. A digital twin or simulation requires validation against the intended use; its outputs are not automatically evidence of future production performance.
Technology selection and workforce capability
- Translate the operational task into a procurement specification.
- Compare platform and integration options against the same requirements.
- Plan a phased transition from legacy systems where practical.
- Define operator, maintenance and engineering training needs.
- Agree deliverables, review gates and handover responsibilities.
Project questions
Can we start before choosing a robot or control platform?
Yes. A feasibility or architecture engagement can establish the requirement and assessment criteria before procurement. This is often the right time to identify constraints.
What do you need for an initial discussion?
Share the project country, current process, intended outcome, key constraints and any timeline. Detailed drawings or sensitive information can follow through an agreed channel.
UAE roots. International enquiries welcome.
Based in the United Arab Emirates, we welcome enquiries for Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other emirates, as well as international projects. Cross-border sourcing, delivery, integration and support are assessed per project; worldwide field support or regulatory approval is not assumed.
